  •  How do I return an item purchased on COS’HM?


Indian Orders:


  • COS’HM will always make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience. We are firm believers that if you don’t love it, we don’t want you to pay for it. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll even send you a return label so you can ship the product back to us for free.


  •  Here’s how easy the return process is:


  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( within 7 business days of receiving the order.


  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.


  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.


  • VIP customers like you are the reason we work so hard to innovate new products and make sure they’re perfect.


  • On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, your dedicated VIP support team is here to help.


  • If a product you have bought from COS’HM turns out to be damaged, defective, or of an incorrect variant, or if it is expired, you can return it within 2 days of receipt.


  • As a thank you for shopping with us, we ask that you place the original packaging back into its original packaging and send it back to us along with a copy of your customs receipt. We will then process your request within 24 hours* and send you an email confirming our decision.


  • For your peace of mind, all returned products are checked for authenticity and quality by our experts before being disposed of or returned.




*In cases when a replacement may not be available to you, we will refund you the full amount in cash via coupon code that can be applied to your next order with COS’HM.


Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

  1. Our customer service department is not authorized to accept returns on the following items:

  • Damaged due to misuse/overuse

  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

  • The serial Number is tampered with.

  • Defective products that are not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

  • Product is used or altered

  • If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery

  • Free products provided by the brand


Categories not eligible for Return:


  • Due to the nature of the product, only unopened products are eligible for return or replacement.

  • Categories not eligible for Return:

  • Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand

  • Personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.

  • Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.



Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not available, we will refund you the full amount.


  • Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product? Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.


 Can I return part of my order?


  • Yes. A return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
